MOBA 2500

Description

The infeed of the MOBA 2500 is equipped with a mechanical orientation and can be attached to an accumulator, a loader or a combination of both. A candling booth is standard on this system. From the start of the machine until the package, all eggs are handled separately without risk of cracks caused by colliding eggs. This concept is world-famous by the name of “individual egg handling”. The automatic packing lanes start with a denester and pin conveyor. This combination has proved to be the most reliable and versatile system for many years. The control system of the packing lane is amazingly simple. The packing lane movements are stored on an exchangeable metal disk – easy to understand and easy to modify. Also, new packages that will become available in the future are easily implemented by means of this system.

In addition to the automatic packing lanes, manual packing lanes can be used for any grades that occur less frequently. Both manual and automatic packing lanes can process the machines entire output. Unless you have logistic reasons to do so, there is no need to program multiple packing lanes for one grade. Automatic packing lanes always come in units of 2, while manual packers come in units of 4.
